Master Abrasives Ltd supplies tools with the standard manufacturer's warranty only. These are shown below. PLEASE NOTE - these warranties will not apply where:
Generally we will repair the product unless it is deemed by us to be not economically viable, in this instance we will provide a suitable replacement tool.
ZIPP AIR TOOLS WARRANTY POLICY
ZIPP Group warrants the original user against defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, but in no event shall exceed 18 months from date of delivery to distributor. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
ZIPP Group reserves the right to determine whether the part or parts failed due to defective material, workmanship or other causes. Failures caused by accident, alteration and misuse are not covered by this warranty.
All warranty repair work must be completed by a ZIPP authorised service centre or by the agent or distributor appointed by ZIPP Group. Any repair to the equipment other than those carried out by these authorised facilities will void this warranty.
ZIPP Group makes no other warranty of any kind in regards to its products or services.
Master Abrasives Ltd will use all reasonable measures to ensure that the contents of this Site are accurate and up to date and does not accept any liability for any information which may not be accurate. We also reserve the right to change data, references and product specifications at any time.
