When will I receive my order?

Orders for delivery in the United Kingdom

If the item(s) on your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery service within the UK Mainland is 2 - 3 working days.

If the item(s) you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to provide you with estimated delivery date(s) where possible. 

Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom

If you have placed an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom, delivery times can vary dependant on location and parcel size. For international shipment queries, please contact us by email webshop@master-abrasives.co.uk with your request.

How much is the delivery charge?

Orders for delivery to the United Kingdom

Delivery is FREE on orders over £40.00 net within the United Kingdom

Delivery is £3.99 for orders under £40.00 net within the United Kingdom

Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom

Please note we only deliver to mainland UK - any customers based outside of mainland UK, please email us should you wish to order from us.

Can I get Next Day or Saturday Delivery?

Next Day and Saturday Delivery is available depending on delivery address and stock availability. To arrange Next Day or Saturday Delivery please contact our Customer Service team by email at webshop@master-abrasives.co.uk. These services may incur additional charges and be dependant on availability and services provided by third parties.

How can I buy a product from you that isn't shown on the web shop?

We have selected certain products from our product range for our web shop. If there is a product that you are interested in which is not available to buy from our web shop, please contact us by email webshop@master-abrasives.co.uk to discuss your requirements and we will look into the possibility of setting up a trade credit account with us or working with one of our distributors.

When will a product be back in stock?

We aim to keep plenty of stock for our customers, however if you find that a product is out of stock, please contact us by email webshop@master-abrasives.co.uk with your requirements and we will aim to provide you with expected delivery dates where possible.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Can I get better pricing when ordering large quantities of product?

Depending on the the product, quantity and circumstances, you may be eligible for improved pricing. Please contact us by email webshop@master-abrasives.co.uk to discuss your requirements and we will look into the possibility of a discount, setting up a trade credit account with us or working with one of our distributors.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?

If you require a VAT invoice for your order, please contact us by email webshop@master-abrasives.co.uk advising your order number and we will deal with your request as soon as possible.

Can I set up a trade credit account?
